SHL Personality Award by Hotela

Who is the «SHL Personality» of the year?

A Feedback that is often brought to our attention from external sources: «SHL students frequently stand out from the crowd due to their incredibly strong social skills and their remarkable attitude.» We couldn't ask for a nicer compliment! With the «SHL Personality Award» by Hotela, we now want to applaud those students who embody the «SHL Personality» - and thus the SHL values - in an exceptional way, taking on a role model function with their actions and positively influencing and inspiring the hospitality industry as well as their environment.

The SHL values briefly explained...

    • SHL Expertise Model

In addition to the SHL values, the SHL expertise model from the ID Loop programme plays an important role in selecting the SHL Personality.
