User Account

  • How do I create a user account?

    Directly after registering, you will receive a welcome email to the email address you entered to confirm the email address. Please click on the «Confirm registration» link. The e-mail address must be confirmed in any case, otherwise you will not be able to log into your account. As soon as the e-mail address has been confirmed, you can log into your user account.

Costs of Job adverts

  • How much does a job advert cost?

    As soon as you have created a company profile, the various advertising options and costs are listed after registration. Here are two examples:

    • You can advertise internships on our job portal free of charge.
    • Positions that are not considered internships you can advertise for a period of one month for 100 credits (CHF 100).
  • How much do credits cost?

    50 credits cost CHF 50, 100 credits cost CHF 100 and 600 credits cost CHF 500 - so the more credits you buy at once, the cheaper they become. You can find all credit offers in the dashboard (after login) under Credits > Prices.

  • Where and how can I buy credits?

    As soon as you have registered and logged in as a company, you can buy credits in your dashboard. To do this, click on the Charge Credits button. Then select the number of credits you would like to buy and pay by PostFinance, Twint, credit or debit card.

  • I have a voucher code. Where can I redeem it?

    As soon as you have registered and logged in as a company, you can buy credits in your dashboard. To do this, click on the Charge Credits button. Do NOT then select a payment method, but instead enter your voucher code under Redeem Voucher Code.
