Since the creation of a training centre for chefs in 2016, the Shift360 Foundation from Zug has been able to offer young people in Cambodia new perspectives. SHL Schweizerische Hotelfahschule Luzern  has been actively involved in this project from the outset with its conceptual, structural and content-related know-how.

The two-take school trains chefs and helps them find employment in Cambodia’s hotels and restaurants and in the surrounding countries of Southeast Asia.
